Dr. Judy Chou is a pediatric dentist who started her life in Los Angeles, California and moved her way up the west coast, spending most of her adolescence near Portland, Oregon and continuing north to complete her undergraduate studies at the University of Washington. She then decided to undertake her dental education at NYU College of Dentistry in Manhattan, followed by two additional years of specialty pediatric training at Yale New Haven Hospital.
However, her gravitation towards the pediatric population started long before her involvement in dentistry. She had spent a summer as an English teacher on a small island off the coast of Taiwan and provided healthcare and education to underserved children in Lima, Peru. In addition to her global endeavors, she is an experienced art instructor and swim coach and volunteered as a tutor for minority youth in Washington.
Along with her board certification in pediatric dentistry, Dr. Chou is also certified in sedation and laser frenectomies. She is affiliated with the American Dental Association, The American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and is an active member of the Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Chou is excited to continue her work in serving the children of the DFW community by delivering outstanding care tailored to the unique needs of each child.
